Will Smith Aviation (WSA) is a Part 135 charter operator headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with an unwavering commitment to safety and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking experienced Hawker 800XP Captains (PIC) to fly a premier aircraft alongside a professional, service‑driven team.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead safe, efficient Hawker 800XP operations under Part 135, serving as Pilot in Command.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
- Uphold WSA’s safety culture, SOPs, and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Deliver a polished, guest-focused experience with professional communication and discretion.
- Practice strong CRM, mentor crewmembers, and coordinate with dispatch and maintenance.
- Maintain currency, training, and aircraft readiness in partnership with the WSA team.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- License: ATP certificate
- PIC Minimums: 3,000 TT / 1,000 ME / 750 TJ / 100 MM
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and outstanding customer service
🌟 Preferred
- Part 135 experience
- Hawker 800XP type rating
