Alerion Aviation is adding experienced Captains to its Hawker 800XP fleet in Opa‑locka, FL. In this service-forward, safety‑driven role, you will lead charter and owner flights under company procedures and FAA regulations, ensuring a seamless experience from takeoff to touchdown.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Captain Hawker 800XP flights in full compliance with Alerion Aviation policies and applicable FAR Part 135/91 requirements.
• Prioritize safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional passenger service on every leg.
• Plan and execute flights including performance, weight and balance, weather/NOTAM review, fuel strategy, and international considerations as required.
• Lead crew briefings, coordinate with dispatch/maintenance, and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Complete accurate flight logs, reports, and required documentation.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate: ATP (unrestricted or restricted accepted)
• Medical: Current First Class FAA Medical
• Flight Time: 4,000 total hours; 3,000 PIC hours (all aircraft); 3,000 multi‑engine hours; 300 instrument hours
• Experience: Strong international experience preferred
• Type Rating: HS‑125 (Hawker 800 series) or comparable preferred
• Travel Documents: Valid passport permitting unrestricted international travel
• Driving: Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Compliance: No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years
• Residency: Reside within a two‑hour driving radius of Palm Beach International (KPBI)
• Language: Fluent in English (read, write, speak, comprehend)
• Background: Able to pass DOT pre‑employment drug test and TSA fingerprint‑based criminal history records check
• Work Authorization: Authority to work in the United States
