• Command Hawker 800XP operations with uncompromising safety, professionalism, and sound decision-making.
• Plan and execute flights in full compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and aircraft limitations.
• Lead the crew using strong CRM, coordinating effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and clients.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
• Ensure aircraft documentation, airworthiness status, and timely operational reporting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with discretion and a positive, solutions-focused approach.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,000 hours
• Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
• Turbine: 1,000 hours
• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Type rating: Not required — training provided

🌟 Preferred

• Hours in type: 200+ on the Hawker 800/800XP family

🧾 Additional requirements

• Passport: Valid, with no restrictions
• Safety record: No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions in the last five years
• Residence: Must reside within 90 minutes of a major airport
