✈️ About the role

As Captain on the Hawker 800XP/850XP, you will lead every flight with a safety-first mindset, disciplined airmanship, and exceptional passenger service. You’ll be a key ambassador for Hong Kong Jet, operating throughout Southeast Asia under a flexible schedule and ensuring seamless end-to-end mission execution.

🧭 Key responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command for Hawker 800XP/850XP operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flights.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, fuel planning, and risk assessment.
• Uphold company SOPs and regulatory requirements (ICAO/FAA/EASA as applicable).
• Lead effective CRM, mentoring and coordinating with flight crew and ground teams.
• Deliver a discreet, passenger-first experience with professionalism and poise.
• Maintain currency, training, and accurate flight/technical records.
• Adapt to a flexible roster, including short-notice assignments and regional travel.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Current and valid Hawker 800XP/850XP type rating.
• Valid ICAO / FAA / EASA ATP/ATPL.
• First Class Medical Certificate.
• Clean pilot history with no incidents or accidents.
• Proven ability to operate within a flexible flying schedule; willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to relocate upon request.
