Partouche Air Group is seeking a skilled and safety-focused SIC to join our Hawker 800 flight department in Van Nuys, CA. This is a permanent, on-call position where you will help ensure every flight is conducted with precision, professionalism, and prudence. Type rating is not required — training will be provided.
✈️ About the role
As the Hawker 800 SIC, you will support the PIC in all phases of flight, championing a culture of safety, compliance, and exceptional service. You’ll execute flight operations to company SOPs and regulatory standards, contribute to thorough planning and checklist discipline, and represent Partouche Air Group with professionalism on every mission.
🧭 Key responsibilities
- Act as SIC on Hawker 800 flights, supporting the PIC in safe, efficient operations.
- Assist with comprehensive flight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, and NOTAMs.
- Conduct thorough preflight and post-flight inspections; ensure accurate documentation and aircraft readiness.
- Adhere to company SOPs, checklists, and robust CRM practices.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
- Participate in required training and recurrent events to maintain currency and standards.
- Support an on-call schedule with flexibility for changing operational needs.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- Jet time: 200 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Availability: Must be able to work on an on-call basis
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided (authorization to work in the U.S. required)

- Part 135 experience

- Base: Van Nuys, CA (VNY)
- Schedule: On-call; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required
