🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Hawker 800 series missions, ensuring the highest standards of operational safety and compliance.
  • Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather, alternates, and NOTAMs.
  • Champion Crew Resource Management, mentoring the flight team and fostering a just, safety-first culture.
  • Deliver a smooth, discreet passenger experience, balancing efficiency with exceptional service.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight inspections and coordinate effectively with maintenance for aircraft readiness.
  • Maintain currency, training, and documentation in line with the operating authority and company manuals.
  • Exercise sound judgment during irregular operations and changing conditions, keeping stakeholders informed.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Proven Captain-level experience on the Hawker 800 series or a comparable midsize jet.
  • Strong IFR proficiency, solid decision-making, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and CRM skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Current credentials suitable for Captain duties; type rating on Hawker 800/850/900 highly regarded.
  • Flexibility to support operational needs and maintain high standards of confidentiality and service.
