Join a professional flight crew operating the nimble and respected Hawker 400XP from the heart of Romania’s capital. As First Officer, you’ll support safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations while building valuable jet experience in a high-standards environment.

🧭 Your mission

  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight—from thorough preflight preparation to secure shutdown—ensuring safety, compliance, and punctuality.
  • Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance to company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and monitor aircraft systems and navigation, including FMS setup, checklist discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Deliver a discreet, friendly service to passengers while maintaining the highest safety and security standards.
  • Complete post-flight administration: tech logs, defect reporting, and coordination with maintenance (MEL where applicable).
  • Contribute to a proactive safety culture through SMS participation and safety reporting.
  • Maintain all required currencies and training, including simulator checks and recurrent programs.

🧰 What you bring

  • CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) — required. (EASA or ICAO convertible to EASA preferred.)
  • Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • Strong instrument flying skills; multi-engine and jet or multi-crew experience are advantages.
  • Hawker 400XP type rating a plus; willingness to complete required training and checking.
  • English proficiency (ICAO Level 4+) and excellent CRM and communication skills.
  • Legal right to live and work in Romania and a valid passport for international travel.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and flexibility to operate to dynamic schedules, including weekends and holidays.
