Take command of a Hawker 400XP and deliver safe, seamless journeys for discerning passengers across Europe and beyond. We are seeking a confident, professional Captain to join a Bucharest-based operation and uphold the highest standards of safety, service, and airmanship.

  • Base: Bucharest, Romania
  • Aircraft: Hawker 400XP
  • License required: CPL
  • Operations: European corporate/charter-style missions with occasional international sectors

🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the Hawker 400XP, ensuring safe, efficient operations from preflight to shutdown.
  • Lead flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM review for each mission.
  • Exercise sound decision-making and strong CRM to manage crew, passengers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company procedures and applicable EASA regulations.
  • Deliver a polished, client-centric experience while safeguarding privacy and confidentiality.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, including SMS reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you bring

  • License: Valid CPL (or higher) and current Class 1 Medical.
  • Experience: Proven multi-engine IFR experience; time on Hawker 400/BE-400 or other light jets is an advantage.
  • Standards: Strong knowledge of EASA operations and flight duty limitations.
  • Competencies: Excellent airmanship, leadership, and communication; calm under pressure with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Language: Fluent English, ICAO Level 4+.
  • Availability: Flexibility to operate on varying rosters, including weekends/holidays as mission needs require.
