✈️ The Opportunity

As Lead Pilot on our GV, you will set the standard for safe operations, exceptional service, and operational excellence. You’ll take command from preflight planning through post‑trip paperwork, ensuring every mission complies with company procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations while delivering a refined passenger experience.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot in Command of the Gulfstream V, ensuring the highest levels of safety for passengers, aircraft, and crew.
  • Review aircraft maintenance status and airworthiness prior to each flight.
  • Conduct AFM‑based preflight inspections and performance planning.
  • Evaluate weather, NOTAMs, and facilities for the route, destination, and alternate airports, including international and transatlantic operations.
  • Operate in full compliance with Wing Aviation policies and applicable FARs, including 14 CFR Part 91 and 135.
  • Uphold superior customer service standards in all client interactions.
  • Accurately complete all trip logs, reports, and required documentation.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Certificates & Medical
    • FAA ATP (Unrestricted)
    • First‑Class Medical, valid for ATP privileges
    • Gulfstream V (GV) PIC type rating
  • Flight Experience (PIC unless noted)
    • Total time: 3,500 hours (PIC)
    • Multi‑Engine Land: 1,500 (PIC)
    • Multi‑Engine PIC: 500
    • Instrument: 300 (PIC)
    • Turbine: 500 (PIC)
    • Time in type (GV): 1,000 (PIC)
    • Transatlantic experience: required
  • Knowledge & Skills
    • Thorough knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135 operations
    • Proactive decision‑making and sound judgment
    • Strong organization, prioritization, and cockpit resource management
    • Commitment to a safety‑driven, service‑oriented culture
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Preferences
    • Local candidates with current currency and the required GV type rating

📍 Logistics & Availability

  • Based in Houston, TX; crew must reside within a two‑hour callout of the aircraft’s base.
