Gulfstream IV Captain (Pilot-in-Command)

🧭 Lead the Mission

Prime Jet is hiring an accomplished Captain to serve as Pilot-in-Command on our Gulfstream IV fleet. In this high-impact role, you will own the safety and success of every flight, mentor a high-performing crew, and deliver a best-in-class experience to our private charter clients while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and professionalism.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command with ultimate responsibility for the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
• Lead and mentor the flight crew, championing effective CRM and clear communication.
• Plan and execute flights end-to-end: weather analysis, routing, fuel strategy, aircraft performance, and alternates.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and oversee all phases of flight operations through post-flight.
• Coordinate with ATC, ground personnel, and passengers to ensure seamless operations and service.
• Ensure strict adherence to FAA regulations, company policies, and safety management standards.
• Complete post-flight documentation and reports with precision and timeliness.

🌟 What You Bring

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required.
• GIV/GV type rating required or applicable equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3,000 total flight hours.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and corporate/charter flight operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

🗓️ Schedule & Operations

• Flexible scheduling with on-demand operations.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, overnight travel, and irregular operations as needed.

Note: This role encompasses private jet charter and corporate missions with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and client experience.
