🧭 The mission

As Captain, you will set the tone for safety, precision, and service excellence on every flight. You’ll lead all phases of flight operations, from meticulous planning through post‑flight debrief, ensuring seamless long‑haul, overwater, and international missions while maintaining total confidentiality for our guests.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Captain the Gulfstream GIV‑series to the highest standards of airmanship and safety.
  • Plan and execute long‑range, overwater, and international operations with precision.
  • Lead a professional flight deck culture that prioritizes SOPs, CRM, and risk management.
  • Deliver refined, anticipatory guest service with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin crew to ensure on‑time, mission‑ready performance.

📜 Certifications & documents

  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • FCC Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Passport: Valid; eligible to fly internationally into any country/jurisdiction without restrictions
  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided
  • COVID‑19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

⏱️ Minimum flight experience

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • Multi‑Engine PIC: 1,000 hours
  • Mission Profile: Prior overwater, long‑haul, and international experience required
  • Preferred: Current type rating in G‑IV/G350/G400/G450 highly desired

🌍 Home base & proximity

Residency: Must reside in, or within two hours of, one of the following airports:

SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC, PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN, DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU, PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO, ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT, TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, BOS.

Highly preferred: Candidates living in LAS.
