Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450 First Officer – International Operations

As a First Officer, you will support safe, smooth, and discreet operations across domestic and international routes, including overwater and long-haul sectors. You’ll partner with a seasoned Captain and crew, upholding the highest standards of a luxury flight experience for high-profile passengers.

• Execute all First Officer duties across international, long-haul, and overwater operations.
• Maintain meticulous checklist discipline, flight planning, and performance calculations.
• Champion safety, SMS principles, and regulatory compliance on every leg.
• Deliver refined, anticipatory guest service with complete discretion and confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with flight crew, dispatch, and ground teams to ensure punctual, seamless trips.

• Experience: Proven background supporting high-profile clientele with impeccable service and discretion.
• International Readiness: Comfortable with oceanic procedures, long-haul duty days, and worldwide operations.
• Professionalism: Calm, collaborative, and detail-focused in dynamic environments.

You must reside in, or within two hours of, one of the following airports (LAS highly preferred):

• SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC
• PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN
• DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU
• PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO
• ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT
• TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, BOS

Preference: Candidates living in LAS are highly preferred.

• Total Time: 2,500+ hours
• Multi-Engine: 500+ hours
• International/Overwater: Prior experience with overwater, long-haul, international missions
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
• Licenses: CPL with IR and ME – FAA only
• Medical: Class 1
• Travel Eligibility: Valid passport and eligible to fly internationally without restrictions
• FCC Permit: Required

• Current type rating on Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450 highly desired.
• Demonstrated success in VVIP/charter/corporate flight operations.

• Confidentiality: Highest level of discretion with high-profile clients is mandatory.
• COVID-19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not provided.

No Type Rating Required (NTR) — type training on the applied aircraft will be provided upon hire.
