Gulfstream GIV‑Series Captain (G350/G400/G450) — Part 135 | Houston/Conroe, TX (KCXO)

🧭 Role Snapshot

As Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations on an exceptionally maintained G450, balancing retail charter and Owner flying. You’ll partner closely with your fellow Captain/First Officer and Maintenance Technician to deliver a seamless experience and uphold EJM’s safety and service standards.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as PIC in Part 135 operations, ensuring the highest levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
• Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including oceanic and high‑latitude operations as needed.
• Lead crew coordination, CRM, and exceptional passenger care throughout each mission.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Technician and EJM support teams to keep the aircraft mission‑ready.
• Maintain required currency, training, and accurate operational documentation.
• Represent EJM and the aircraft Owner(s) with discretion and service excellence.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 3,500 hours
• PIC: 2,000 hours
• Multi‑Engine: 1,500 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
• PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Part 135 Experience: Prior Part 135 flying required
• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: First Class
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided
• Large‑Cabin Gulfstream Experience: Candidates without the type rating must have substantial time in large‑cabin Gulfstreams with extensive international experience
• Preferred: G450/GV/G550 type rating strongly preferred

📍 Location & Commutability

• Base: Conroe‑North Houston Regional (KCXO)
• Residency: This is not a commutable position — pilots must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Houston area
• Consideration: Applicants within a 3‑hour driving radius of Conroe will be considered, particularly those in the Austin and Dallas‑Fort Worth areas
