🧭 Key responsibilities

  • Partner with the Captain to plan and execute global missions in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, alternates, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
  • Manage FMS, navigation, and communications across oceanic and international airspace; ensure procedural compliance.
  • Champion safety, CRM, and risk management across all phases of flight.
  • Deliver a discreet, service-driven experience for principals and guests.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with stakeholders, ATC, handlers, and crew.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours minimum
  • In type: 300+ hours on Gulfstream large-cabin types (G650/G700)
  • Gulfstream experience: Significant Gulfstream experience required with at least 300 hr on G650/G700 type for First Officer
  • Type rating: Required (current large-cabin Gulfstream type strongly preferred)
  • Worldwide experience: Proven international operations track record
  • License: ATP issued by the FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
