Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Gulfstream G800 Captain to join our team based at KHIO in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will ensure the safe, compliant operation of the G800 in accordance with Solairus policies and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.

✈️ Mission

Lead safe, efficient G800 operations while delivering an exceptional passenger experience. You will exercise sound judgment, uphold Solairus procedures, and fly to the highest standards under Federal Aviation Regulations.

🧰 What you’ll do

Operate the Gulfstream G800 as Pilot in Command and conduct flights in a safe, prudent manner.
Review aircraft maintenance status prior to each flight.
Perform a comprehensive preflight inspection per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM).
Evaluate weather, NOTAMs, route facilities, and destination/alternate airports for each leg.
Ensure full compliance with Solairus policies, FARs, and ICAO international procedures (annual training required).
Safeguard the safety and comfort of passengers, aircraft, and crew at all times.
Accurately complete all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.

PIC: 1,500 hours
MEL: 1,500 hours
MEL PIC: 500 hours
Turbojet: 500 hours
Instrument: 250 hours
Type-rated on Gulfstream G800 or comparable Gulfstream aircraft
Current First Class Medical
Ability to work on an on-call basis
Ability to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually
Primary residence within the Western Region of the U.S., or willingness to relocate

Compensation: Solairus crewmembers are paid $50,000 to $500,000 based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
