Gulfstream G800 Captain — Ultra‑Long‑Range Operations

🧭 What you’ll do

• Captain the Gulfstream G800 on ultra‑long‑range missions, maintaining the highest levels of safety and compliance.
• Lead the flight deck and apply exemplary CRM to foster teamwork and sound decision‑making.
• Partner with the Director of Flight Operations, dispatch, maintenance and cabin crew to deliver smooth, on‑time trips and VIP service.
• Own pre‑flight planning and post‑flight duties, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weather/NOTAM review and documentation.
• Operate effectively across diverse international environments and time zones, adapting to changing schedules and client needs.
• Champion a proactive safety culture and mentor fellow crew members in SOPs and best practices.

🧰 What you bring

• Proven experience as a Captain on business jets or other relevant aircraft.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decisive judgement under pressure.
• Strong understanding of CRM and modern business aviation operations.
• Professional, calm and adaptable; able to perform in a demanding international environment.
• Willingness to undertake international travel and work to flexible schedules.

📜 Minimum qualifications

• Licences: Valid ATPL/ATP issued by EASA, FAA or UK CAA.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Experience: Command experience on business jets or other relevant aircraft.
• Type Rating: Not required — G800 training provided for non‑type‑rated candidates.

• Current or previous Gulfstream experience strongly preferred.
• Gulfstream G800 type rating preferred (training available for the right NTR candidates).
