🧭 Role overview

As Captain, you will exercise full operational authority and decision-making for G650 missions, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care across domestic and international routes.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Serve as jet PIC for G650 flights, executing safe, efficient operations in all phases.
• Conduct thorough flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance, and fuel strategies for long-range operations.
• Lead a high-performing crew using CRM and threat and error management best practices.
• Navigate international procedures, oceanic and remote airspace, and varied regulatory environments.
• Ensure meticulous standards for security, cabin experience, and client confidentiality.
• Maintain compliance with company SMS, SOPs, and training currency.
• Mentor and develop first officers; foster a just culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Adapt to short-notice trips and changing itineraries within a 24/7 operation.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• Jet PIC: 2,500 hours
• In type (G650): 100 hours
• Type rating: G650 type rating required
• License: ATP – FAA holders accepted
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4+
• Additional: Proven ability to work well under pressure and maintain flexible scheduling in a 24/7 environment

Equivalent military or international experience is welcomed where it clearly meets or exceeds the stated minimums.
