Gulfstream G650 Captain – TAG Aviation Asia

🧭 About the role

As Captain, you will take command of flight operations, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and mission reliability. You’ll role-model a calm, proactive approach under pressure, foster excellent crew resource management, and provide concierge-level service to our clients throughout every stage of the journey.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Plan and execute flights in full compliance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
• Lead the flight deck, championing safety, professionalism, and effective CRM.
• Monitor performance, weather, NOTAMs, and risk factors to ensure safe, efficient decision-making.
• Deliver refined, discreet customer service and maintain a calm presence under time-sensitive conditions.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
• Adapt to a dynamic roster with short-notice changes inherent to 24/7 operations.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• Jet PIC time: 1,000 hours
• In type (G650): 100 hours
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
• License required: ATP / ATPL
• Open to license holders: EASA, FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Additional: Able to work well under pressure; flexible schedule for 24/7 operations

🌟 Preferred

• Previous experience operating the Gulfstream G650.
• Proven record of exceptional client service in business aviation.
