✈️ The Opportunity
Executive Jet Management (EJM) is searching for a seasoned Gulfstream G650 Captain to join our West Palm Beach-based team. In this PIC role, you will hold final authority for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations while delivering a consistently exceptional service experience to a single aircraft owner and their guests.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as final authority for each flight’s safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute all flight preparation, including performance and weight-and-balance calculations.
- Lead crew briefings using the TPC methodology to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure crewing and trip assignments meet company and regulatory requirements; operate in strict adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with EJM teams (owner services, dispatch, maintenance) to support mission success.
- Act as the Ground Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
- Oversee thorough preflight activities, including maintenance status reviews, to confirm mission capability; document discrepancies per SOPs.
- Monitor and ensure completion of ground servicing (fuel, oil, oxygen) and cabin readiness.
- Deliver clear, compliant passenger briefings and thoughtfully accommodate special needs, including those of physically challenged passengers.
- Employ CRM and TEM to communicate effectively in normal, abnormal, and emergency situations.
- Champion service excellence: identify improvements, resolve service deviations, and collaborate with crew and internal EJM partners.
- Maintain required training, currency, and full compliance with the company SMS.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of safe, on-time, and polished operations.
🧰 What You Bring
- 4–6 years of flight experience; prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred.
- FAA type rating in the applicable fleet (G650) required; able to perform all essential functions of the role.
- Minimum flight time requirements:
- 3,500 hours total time
- 2,000 hours Pilot in Command
- 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL)
- 500 hours PIC MEL
- 300 hours instrument
- 500 hours jet
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
