Gulfstream G650 Captain – Dubai, UAE (VIP/Charter)

• Command the Gulfstream G650 on international private and charter missions, ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient operations end-to-end.
• Lead all phases of flight: trip planning, dispatch, departure, en-route decision-making, diversion management, and arrival.
• Maintain uncompromising safety standards and full compliance with applicable local and international aviation regulations and company policies.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight inspections to verify airworthiness and aircraft readiness.
• Apply crew resource management best practices; mentor, brief, and coordinate effectively with all crew members.
• Collaborate with flight operations on weather analysis, NOTAMs, fuel planning, route optimization, and global trip planning.
• Deliver a discreet, highly professional VIP client experience while safeguarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Represent Sybajet with a client-first mindset and support continuous improvement across safety, service, and operational performance.

• Valid ATPL (ICAO) with current G650 Type Rating.
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours as PIC on a Gulfstream aircraft and 1,500 hours of jet time.
• Extensive international-operations experience with strong knowledge of global flight planning and regulatory compliance.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, CRM, and problem-solving skills; decisive judgment in dynamic environments.
• Previous VIP/private-charter experience preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
