Solairus Aviation is seeking a seasoned Gulfstream G550 Captain to join our Reno-based operation. You will lead safe, professional, on-call flight operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, crew coordination, and client care. 🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Captain on the Gulfstream G550, executing on-call flight operations with a safety-first mindset.
• Plan and conduct flights in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead preflight preparation, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weather and NOTAM review, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate effectively with crew, maintenance, and scheduling to ensure aircraft readiness and mission success.
• Maintain required currency, recurrent training, and annual ICAO international procedures training.
• Deliver exceptional passenger service with professionalism, discretion, and polished communication.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Valid FAA ATPL.
• First Class Medical Certificate.
• Type rating: G550 (or comparable aircraft type rating).
• Minimum 3,000 hours total time.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Minimum 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL).
• Minimum 500 hours MEL PIC.
• Minimum 500 hours turbojet time.
• Minimum 250 hours instrument time.
• Annual ICAO international procedures training.
• Able to work on an on-call basis.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of RNO (Reno–Tahoe International Airport) or willingness to relocate.
