🧭 Your mission

• Exercise Pilot-in-Command authority with unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and passenger comfort.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, fuel planning, routing, weather/NOTAM reviews, and alternates.
• Lead a cohesive cockpit: champion strong CRM, briefing discipline, and clear, calm communication.
• Oversee aircraft readiness: coordinate with maintenance, review logs, and ensure airworthiness documentation is in order.
• Deliver a refined cabin experience and protect client confidentiality at all times.
• Manage trip logistics end-to-end: permits, handling, slots, customs/immigration, and ground transport.
• Maintain meticulous records: journey logs, flight/tech entries, and operational reports as required.
• Support a proactive safety culture, contributing to training, checklists, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as Captain on large-cabin or high-performance business jets; time on the G450 or comparable Gulfstream platform is highly valued.
• Strong decision-making in dynamic environments, with polished airmanship and passenger-first mindset.
• Exemplary CRM, leadership, and communication skills; collaborative and composed under pressure.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; valid passport and ability to obtain any required visas/authorizations.
• Professional discretion, impeccable presentation, and a proactive approach to service.
• Availability to support a variable schedule aligned to mission needs.
• Appropriate pilot certificates, medical, and recurrent training as required for the operation (specific license requirements to be confirmed).
