✈️ About the role

As a G280 Captain with Airshare, you’ll lead safe and efficient flight operations, represent the brand with professionalism, and provide a seamless experience for aircraft owners and clients. You’ll work closely with fellow crew and operations teams to plan, execute, and conclude each mission to the highest standards.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the Gulfstream G280, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service.
• Lead flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
• Conduct thorough preflight and postflight inspections and documentation.
• Exercise sound aeronautical decision-making and risk management in accordance with company policies and FAA regulations.
• Coordinate with owners, clients, and operations for on-time, service-oriented missions.
• Maintain currency, proficiency, and aircraft systems knowledge; pass required competency checks.
• Support aircraft care and readiness; lift and handle items up to 50 lbs as needed.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Education: Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Total time: Minimum 4,000 hours.
• Jet time: Minimum 500 hours SIC in jets.
• Type rating: Gulfstream G280 type rating and current status strongly preferred.
• Experience: Recent corporate flying experience.
• Certificates: ATPL (ATP) and First Class Medical.
• Currency: Current instrument flight time and night landings; able to pass instrument competency check in assigned aircraft category.
• Location: Must live within one hour of IAD (Washington Dulles).
• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
