Jet Linx is seeking a highly skilled Pilot in Command to operate our Gulfstream G200 in mixed Part 91 and Part 135 operations. You’ll champion a safety-first culture, deliver exceptional client service, and set the tone for professionalism on every leg.
🧭 The mission
As Captain, you will command every phase of flight, uphold regulatory compliance, and lead a collaborative cockpit under Jet Linx standards. You’ll balance precision flight planning with personalized client care while operating to the highest standards of safety and service.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command for G200 operations under Part 91/135, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of every mission.
- Lead preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessment; release flights in accordance with company manuals and regulatory guidance.
- Model outstanding crew resource management, mentoring SICs and collaborating with dispatch, maintenance, and client services.
- Deliver a refined, client-forward experience while safeguarding privacy and security.
- Maintain currency and proficiency, complete required training and checks, and uphold meticulous aircraft/flight records.
- Operate primarily in and around aircraft and airport terminals, adapting to dynamic schedules and mission requirements.
🌟 What you bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Licensing: ATP qualified; FAA First Class medical.
- Authorizations: FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit; ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.
- Background: Ability to release and pass an FAA PRD review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Mobility: Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU countries, Canada, and the Caribbean.
- Workstyle: Flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays; thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
🧮 Minimum flight experience
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
- PIC in Type (G200): 250 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours (with 500 hours Multi-Engine PIC)
- Turbine: 1,000 hours (with 500 hours Turbine PIC)
- Jet: 1,500 hours (with 500 hours Jet PIC)
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided
Preferred: Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months.
📜 Certifications & eligibility
- License Holders: Open to FAA certificate holders.
- Medical: Class 1 required.
- Sponsorship: Not available.
- Residency: Reside within a 2-hour call-out of the aircraft (or relocate).
