Reynolds Jet, a private aircraft management and on-demand jet charter company, is hiring a full-time Pilot in Command for a Gulfstream G-150 based at Cincinnati Lunken Municipal Airport (KLUK). You’ll fly Part 91 as part of a two-pilot crew, averaging approximately 125 flight hours per year, and serve as the final authority for safe, efficient operations.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Retain final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with 14 CFR § 91.3.
- Decide on flight start, delay, cancellation, or destination deviation based on conditions.
- Lead and direct the SIC and any additional crewmembers, ensuring clear roles and execution.
- Determine fuel, oil, and oxygen requirements for each flight.
- Prepare or supervise flight planning, considering altitude, terrain, weather, weight, and performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable CFRs, ICAO standards, and company procedures.
- Serve as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) and Inflight Security Coordinator (ISC) when required.
- Delegate tasks as appropriate while maintaining overall operational responsibility.
🧰 What You Bring
- Licenses/Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (Unrestricted or Restricted, per experience); Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings.
- Medical: Current FAA First Class medical certificate.
- Travel Documents: Valid U.S. passport and FCC Radio Station License.
- Standards: Meets all applicable ICAO qualifications.
- Background & Testing: Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing with a favorable PRIA.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Type Rating: G-150 type rating preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Residency: Must live, or be willing to relocate, within a 2-hour drive of KLUK; position is not commutable.
