You will oversee end-to-end flight operations on the G100, championing safety, efficient decision-making, and a polished passenger experience. 🧰 Key responsibilities

  • Command all phases of flight on the Gulfstream G100 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance calculation, fuel planning, weight and balance, and route/altitude selection.
  • Uphold the highest safety standards, championing SMS, risk assessment, and timely reporting.
  • Lead effective CRM, mentoring the First Officer and fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver an exceptional, discreet, and anticipatory passenger experience from wheels-up to shutdown.
  • Navigate dynamic conditions with calm, clear decisions under pressure, maintaining operational resilience.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, records, and regulatory compliance across all flights.

🌟 What you bring

  • Total Time: 3,500+ hours
  • Jet Time: 500+ hours
  • Licensing: TCCA CPL with IR and ME (Class 1 Medical)
  • Preferred: ATPL-A
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
  • Travel Documents: Valid passport; ability to obtain U.S. TSA approval to initiate training
  • Security: Ability to obtain a Canadian RAIC and satisfactory criminal record check
  • Customer service–oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and professional cabin presence.
  • Calm, decisive, and effective under pressure; strong leadership and cockpit discipline.
  • Non–type-rated candidates welcome — G100 training provided.

🎓 Training and onboarding

Type rating not required. Comprehensive Gulfstream G100 training and checking will be provided following successful U.S. TSA approval to initiate training. Ongoing proficiency and recurrent training will keep you current and mission-ready.
