Rotana Jet is seeking skilled First Officers to join its Gulfstream GIV-family fleet, including the GIV, G350, G400, and G450. If you are a safety-focused, professional aviator who thrives in a multi-crew environment, this opportunity could be your next step.
🧭 The opportunity
As a First Officer on the Gulfstream GIV family, you will support safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations from preflight planning through arrival. You’ll work closely with the Captain and wider operations team to deliver reliable performance and an excellent flight experience.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the Captain to conduct all phases of flight in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
- Lead and support preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel, and FMS setup.
- Execute standard operating procedures, checklists, and callouts; maintain high standards of CRM and threat/error management.
- Monitor aircraft systems, performance, and automation; manage navigation and communications.
- Champion a safety-first culture, contributing to the Safety Management System (SMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide professional, discreet, and attentive service to passengers and stakeholders.
🌟 What you’ll bring
- Strong multi-crew IFR skills, sound airmanship, and a calm, professional demeanor.
- Valid commercial or airline transport pilot licence with instrument rating (CPL/ATPL with IR) and a current Class 1 medical.
- Proven experience in turbine or business-jet operations is valued; Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450 time is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, checklist discipline, and teamwork under SOPs.
- Flexibility and reliability to support dynamic schedules while maintaining safety and compliance.
