TAG Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to lead safe, efficient operations on a Global Express XRS based in Virginia, USA. You’ll set the tone for safety and professionalism, deliver exceptional client service, and work seamlessly with flight crew and ground teams in a dynamic, around-the-clock environment.

🧭 Your mission

  • Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Global Express XRS from preflight through shutdown.
  • Lead all phases of flight planning, performance, and decision-making with a strong safety mindset.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and confirm airworthiness and readiness of all aircraft systems.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, ground personnel, and stakeholders throughout each mission.
  • Maintain accurate records, including flight time, journey logs, and fuel consumption.
  • Provide an elevated client experience, anticipating needs and representing TAG Aviation’s service standards.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Flight experience: Minimum 5,000 hours total time and 2,500 hours PIC.
  • Captain experience: 5+ years as a Captain.
  • Licence: Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) — unrestricted or restricted accepted. Application screening will ask you to confirm an FAA ATPL/ATP.
  • Medical: Current Class One Medical Certificate.
  • Type rating: Global Express type rating preferred (not mandatory).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; poised under pressure; strong customer-service focus.
  • Work rights: Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
  • Availability: Flexibility to support 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
