Global 7500 Captain (Pilot in Command) — Teterboro, NJ

🧭 The opportunity

Lead the mission as Pilot in Command on a Global 7500, delivering safe, smooth, and service-forward flights for discerning owners and passengers while navigating complex domestic and international operations.

🧰 What you'll do

• Serve as Pilot in Command with final responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations.
• Validate crewing and trip assignments to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance.
• Lead Threats, Plans & Considerations (TPC) briefings; apply CRM and TEM.
• Act as Ground and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
• Complete all preflight and aircraft status checks; record discrepancies per SOPs and oversee ground servicing.
• Deliver clear passenger briefings and an exceptional service experience; resolve service deviations promptly.
• Maintain regulatory and company training, currency/recency, and SMS participation.

🧰 Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
• FAA type rating in the Global 7500 or a similar aircraft size/type.
• Minimum flight time:
  • 3,500 hours total time
  • 1,500 hours MEL
  • 2,000 hours PIC
  • 500 hours PIC MEL
  • 300 hours instrument
  • 500 hours jet

🌍 Flight profile & travel

• Approximately 450 flight hours per year across Part 91 and 135 operations.
• International flying up to 80% of annual utilization.

📍 Location & commuting

• Base: Teterboro, NJ (TEB).
• Preference for candidates living within two hours of TEB.
• Commuting permitted for those residing within one hour of a major airport in the eastern U.S.
