Solairus Aviation is seeking a safety-focused, professional Captain to join a four-pilot managed account based at Teterboro Airport (TEB), New Jersey. Fly approximately 500 hours annually as the Pilot in Command of a Bombardier Global 6000, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, service, and compliance on every flight.

  • Annual Utilization: ~500 flight hours

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command of the Global 6000, ensuring safe, compliant operations on every leg.
  • Review aircraft maintenance status and documentation prior to release.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM).
  • Evaluate weather, NOTAMs, performance data, alternates, and facilities along the planned route and at destination(s).
  • Operate in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies and all applicable FARs.
  • Safeguard the safety and security of passengers, crew, and aircraft at all times.
  • Accurately complete all trip paperwork and operational documentation.

🧰 What you bring

  • Minimum flight experience:
    • Total time: 5,000 hours
    • PIC: 2,500 hours
    • Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
    • Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
    • Turbojet: 500 hours
    • Instrument: 250 hours
  • Type rating on the Global 6000 or comparable aircraft.
  • FAA First Class Medical.
  • Able to work on an on-call basis.
  • Ability to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually.
  • Primary residence within a two-hour drive of TEB, or willingness to relocate.
