✈️ About the role

As Global 5500 First Officer, you will support the PIC in safe, efficient, and discreet operations across domestic and international routes. You’ll be part of a high-trust team where professionalism, proactive decision-making, and exceptional passenger care are standard on every mission.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Captain to operate the Global 5500 to the highest safety and service standards.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
  • Adhere to all FARs, the company operations manual and specifications, standard operating procedures, and all company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and FBOs to ensure on-time, smooth operations.
  • Deliver a refined cabin experience with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain required qualifications and currency; complete initial and recurrent training as assigned.
  • Represent the flight department and company with integrity in every interaction.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Licensing: Current ATP with FAA.
  • Medical: Valid First Class medical certificate.
  • Experience: 2,000+ hours total time; 1,000+ hours turbine time preferred.
  • Type-Rated: Current type rating (required).
  • Location: Reside within the Northeast/New York area.
  • Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
  • Compliance: Able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks; agree to random drug/alcohol testing as required.
  • Core skills: Excellent CRM, communication, and situational awareness; calm, collaborative, and detail-focused.
