✈️ The Opportunity

As a First Officer with Vista America, you will deliver iconic, high-touch service while operating long-range, large-cabin Global 5000/6000 aircraft. 🧭 What You'll Do

  • Execute safe, efficient Global 5000/6000 operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver a luxury, guest-centric experience as part of a tight-knit, global flight team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Flight Operations Manager, OCC, and maintenance to ensure seamless, on-time operations.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and impeccable professionalism on every leg.
  • Uphold Vista's safety-first culture, including SMS and fatigue risk management protocols.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Certificates & Medical: ATP (Unrestricted); Current First Class Medical.
  • Global 5000/6000 Minimums: 2,000 hours fixed-wing; 750 hours PIC; 250 hours multi-engine jet (required); typed on BD700 preferred (not required).
  • Recent Experience: 150 hours in the last 365 days and 30 hours in the last 90 days.
  • Record: No more than 2 checkride failures; no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years.
  • Regulatory: Meets ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for international multi-crew commercial ops.
  • Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States and travel to/from all cities/countries served without restrictions.

  • Total Compensation Potential: $157,550+
  • Extras: Extra day pay; monthly flight hour bonus; paid training days
  • Per Diem: $75 domestic / $120 international (per day)
  • Time Off: Choose additional vacation time (beyond 17/13) or a $10,000 in-lieu vacation bonus
  • Schedule: Stable 17/13 roster; published 12 months in advance; travel on the first & last day of schedule is positive space
  • Training: Scheduled 6 months in advance; company invests above FAA & industry requirements
