✈️ The Opportunity

As a Caravan Floatplane Captain, you’ll operate both scheduled and charter flights along the BC coast, connecting communities and guests to remote harbours, inlets, and lodges. You’ll balance precision flying with exceptional customer service, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Captain Cessna 208 Caravan floatplanes on scheduled and charter operations along the British Columbia coastline.
  • Exercise sound judgment and airmanship in changing coastal weather, tides, and remote operating environments.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service and clear communications with passengers, crew, and operations.
  • Plan and execute safe departures/arrivals at seaplane bases and remote locations in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, conducting thorough pre-flight planning, risk assessments, and post-flight reviews.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2000 hours PIC fixed‑wing time.
  • Minimum 1000 hours PIC floatplane time.
  • Current Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Commercial Pilot’s Licence (CPL) — Transport Canada approved.
  • Float Endorsement — SELS (Single Engine Land and Sea).
  • Ability to thrive in a changing operational environment and operate in remote coastal locations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills; collaborative and calm under pressure.
  • Safety‑oriented mindset with disciplined adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Preference for candidates with BC coast experience or prior Cessna 208 float experience.
