✈️ About the role
As Supervisor of Flight, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our multi-site training organization—setting standards, coaching instructors, and ensuring every student receives exceptional, regulation-compliant instruction.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day flight training operations across multiple locations with a safety-first mindset.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Certified Flight Instructors to deliver consistent, high-quality training.
- Monitor student progress, support lesson planning, and drive on-time course completion.
- Ensure adherence to FAA regulations, training standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate scheduling and resources to optimize instructor utilization and student experience.
- Serve as an emergency contact, available by phone 24/7 as needed.
- Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to continuously improve training outcomes.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Current CFI and CFII certificates.
- Proven knowledge of FAA regulations, flight training standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage instructors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, instructors, management, and external partners.
- Ability to act as an emergency contact and remain reachable by phone 24/7 as needed.

📍 Locations & schedule
Primary operations span our Seattle (Boeing Field), Auburn, and Tacoma locations. The schedule is flexible, with occasional after-hours availability by phone for urgent operational needs.
