Flight Test Pilot – A220 Production Program

🧭 Your Mission

At the Flight & Integration Test Center in Mirabel, you will play a pivotal role in the final, most visible milestone before customer delivery: the production flight test. You’ll operate with a safety-first mindset, exercising sound judgment and crisp communication while collaborating across production, quality, and design-office teams.

• Prepare and execute production flight tests prior to aircraft delivery to customers.
• Promote and uphold the highest safety standards throughout test planning and execution.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve findings and ensure aircraft conformity.
• Foster clear, timely communication within and beyond the Flight Test department to enable collective learning.

🧰 What You Bring

• Production flight test pilot with Test Pilot Rating 2 (CAT 2).
• 1,500+ flight test hours and a minimum of 5 years of experience in production flight testing on Part 25 aircraft.
• Ability and willingness for worldwide business travel; comfort with potential on‑call duty on weekends/holidays.
• Strong safety culture, crisp communication, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Awareness of compliance and a demonstrated commitment to act with integrity.
