🧭 Mission
Operate Bering Air’s fixed‑wing service connecting remote communities throughout roadless western Alaska, keeping passengers, mail, and freight moving reliably across the region and beyond.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on scheduled and on‑demand flights within western Alaska.
- Fly primarily the Cessna 208 Caravan (C208), with potential assignments on C212, C408, B190, and BE20 aircraft.
- Execute safe, compliant operations in remote environments and variable conditions.
- Coordinate passenger, mail, and freight movements to maintain dependable regional service.
- Apply sound decision‑making and risk management tailored to Alaska operations.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- License: CPL
- Alaska experience: 500 hours or one season of Alaska flying/living
- Other: Non‑smoker
🚀 Preferred qualifications
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- License: ATP
- Alaska experience: 1,000 hours or two seasons of Alaska flying/living
- Type experience: Experience in C208, C212, C408, B190, or BE20
