As a First Officer on our Flight Operations team, you’ll fly diverse missions worldwide on a full-time rotational schedule—no relocation required. 🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate as First Officer on worldwide charter and leasing missions, including remote and Arctic environments.
  • Execute precise, safety-first operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Captains and crew to deliver excellent CRM and mission outcomes.
  • Support off-strip and seasonal operations, adapting to changing weather, terrain, and mission profiles.
  • Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, and thorough briefings/debriefings.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and represent KBA with clients and partners worldwide.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid IFR qualification.
  • Preferred: 750+ hours total time.
  • Ability to obtain Canadian aviation medical and Transport Canada security clearances.
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months’ remaining validity.
  • Arctic and off-strip experience is an asset (not required).
  • Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening with a negative result (testing provided by KBA, typically conducted on Day 1 where possible).
