✈️ The Opportunity
As a First Officer, you will operate in a professional, safety-first environment on reliable regional aircraft. You’ll work closely with an experienced Captain and operations team to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time flights under IFR, while sharpening your skills and building quality multi-crew turbine experience.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate as First Officer on the Saab 340 and Metro 23 within a multi-crew, SOP-driven environment.
- Conduct pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management in coordination with the Captain.
- Execute IFR line operations with disciplined checklist use, CRM, and threat and error management.
- Uphold all company and regulatory standards; actively contribute to safety reporting and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with crew, operations, and ATC to ensure safe and efficient outcomes.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Medical: Current CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical.
- Instrument Rating: Current MECIR.
- Flight Time: 500 hours total time.
- Turbine/Multi-Crew Experience (one of):
- 150 hours PIC multi-engine; or
- 150 hours PIC single-engine turbine; or
- 150 hours co-pilot on a multi-engine turbine, multi-crew aircraft type.
- English: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
🌟 Highly Regarded
- Previous experience on type (Saab 340 or Metro 23), or equivalent multi-crew turboprop experience.
- Demonstrated professionalism, strong CRM, and sound airmanship in IFR operations.
