✈️ Role overview

As First Officer, you’ll serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) on planned missions that pick up and deliver air-transported, time-critical medical cargo. You’ll support the Captain through every phase of flight and help ensure each mission is safe, compliant, and executed on time.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as SIC on the Pilatus PC-24 for scheduled medical cargo missions.
  • Assist the Captain across preflight, in-flight, and post-flight phases to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Support aircraft airworthiness, weight-and-balance calculations, and performance planning.
  • Help ensure on-time pickup and delivery of time-sensitive medical materials.
  • Comply with the Company’s GOM, Operations Specifications, LOAs, FAA regulations, and all applicable aircraft and equipment manuals.
  • Partner with clinical departments and leadership on process improvements, new tools and techniques, and development of new clinical services.
  • Contribute to defining methods and procedures for new operational and clinical-support tasks.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Medical: FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Certificates & Ratings: Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land and Instrument ratings.
  • Minimum flight time: 1,200 hours total time; 500 hours PIC; 200 hours turbine; 100 hours multi-engine.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Working knowledge of FAA Part 135 and Part 91 regulations.
  • Systems & tools: Proficiency with flight planning software, electronic flight bags (EFB), and Microsoft Office.
