🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,000 hours
  • PIC time: 200 hours
  • Instrument (as PIC): 50 hours
  • Licence: CPL with IR
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate as First Officer across a multi-fleet environment, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefing/debriefing practices.
  • Maintain vigilant flight monitoring, systems management, and strong CRM throughout all phases of flight.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and threat-and-error management in line with company manuals and DGCA/ICAO requirements.
  • Participate in training, checks, and continuous improvement initiatives; integrate feedback to elevate performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional cockpit culture focused on punctuality, precision, and passenger care.
