🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight, adhering to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute accurate preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, performance, payload, and fuel checks.
  • Manage radios, navigation, flight management systems, and checklist discipline with strong CRM.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, performance, and flight path; communicate proactively to maintain safety margins.
  • Deliver consistent, professional passenger and crew communication and uphold a safety-first culture.
  • Complete technical logs, reports, and documentation to regulatory and company standards.

🌟 What You Bring

  • High school education with an aggregate grade of C- (minus); and minimum of C- (minus) in Mathematics, English, Physics or a general sciences subject.
  • Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulations; unwavering commitment to compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative, calm cockpit presence.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform in a fast-paced, operationally dynamic environment.
  • Current KCAA CPL, IR, ME; Class 1 Medical; ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • Performance A and Gas Turbine Rating noted in your logbook/qualifications.
