Thrive Aviation is hiring a Las Vegas–based First Officer to deliver safe, efficient, and polished operations for a discerning clientele across domestic and international missions. If you’re a proactive communicator, meticulous about standards, and energized by dynamic schedules and long-range flying, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Location: Las Vegas, NV (LAS base preferred)
  • Reports to: Chief Pilot
  • Travel: Extensive domestic and international operations, including overwater and long-haul

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as First Officer, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient ground and in-flight operation of the aircraft.
  • Deliver discreet, anticipatory service that consistently exceeds expectations for high-profile clients.
  • Comply with FAA regulations, Thrive Aviation’s GOM, OpSpecs, and departmental operating procedures.
  • Coordinate clearly and professionally with your Captain, dispatch, maintenance, administration, and leadership.
  • Adapt to irregular operations, last-minute changes, and time-sensitive mission requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or senior leadership.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Flight Time: 2,500+ hours total time, including 500+ hours multi-engine.
  • Mission Experience: Prior overwater, long-haul, and international flying.
  • Medical: Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Certificates: FAA Pilot Certificate and FCC Radio Operator Permit.
  • Passport: Valid, non-expired U.S. passport with unrestricted eligibility to fly internationally into any country or jurisdiction.
  • Service: Proven record of delivering prestigious, confidential service to high-profile clients.
  • Residency: Reside in, or within two hours of, one of the following airports (LAS strongly preferred): SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC, PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN, DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU, PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO, ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT, TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, BOS.
  • Health Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination required for international travel compliance.

A current type rating in the applied aircraft is highly desired but not required.
