Step into the right seat of a proven long-range performer. As a Gulfstream GIV/450-series First Officer, you’ll partner with a seasoned Captain to deliver safe, polished operations across domestic and international missions while upholding the highest professional and customer service standards.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute all phases of flight in partnership with the Captain, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger experience.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and system checks.
  • Operate and monitor aircraft systems and avionics, including FMS and EFB workflows, with precision and vigilance.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with ATC, crew, and passengers; model strong CRM at all times.
  • Adhere to company SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements for domestic and international operations.
  • Support irregular operations, schedule changes, and dynamic environments with sound judgment and timely decision-making.
  • Participate in training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives to keep skills sharp and current.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 2000 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Jet: 1000 hours
  • In type: 100 hours (GIV/G350/G400/G450)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of Part 135 and/or Part 121
  • Type rating: Required (GIV/G350/G400/G450)
  • License required: FAA ATP
  • Medical: Class 1

  • Flexibility to work varying hours including days or nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to learn and work with PEDs (e.g., EFB/iPad) in daily operations.
  • Valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit.
  • Valid passport and documentation allowing for entry into the United States after an international flight.
  • Must be able to travel unrestricted to all locations Aero flies to.

🧾 Clearances and compliance

  • Fulfillment of TSA criminal background checks (CHRC).
  • This is a DOT safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40.
  • Pre-employment testing for the following drugs and their metabolites: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP).

Strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety management practices is required.
