SkyShare is growing and seeking a safety-focused, service-driven Gulfstream G200 First Officer to support our Part 135 flight department in Salt Lake City, Utah. Fly for a company that pairs rigorous safety standards with five-star hospitality across fractional ownership, private charter, managed aircraft, and comprehensive FBO & fuel services—within a fleet spanning Pilatus PC-12s to long-range Gulfstream GVs.
🧭 Your Mission
Support safe, compliant, and polished flight operations while delivering a world-class client experience. You will partner closely with the Captain, follow all company and FAA standards, and represent SkyShare with professionalism on every leg.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and operational best practices.
- Perform assigned flight duties safely and professionally, maintaining a safety-first mindset.
- Adapt to changing operational demands across multiple time zones and weather conditions.
- Provide five-star, customer-focused service; uphold confidentiality and a polished, professional appearance.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, crewmembers, and internal teams.
- Exercise sound judgment and accountability in all phases of flight.
- Assist with the safe handling and care of animals before, during, and after flights when needed.
- Effectively manage rest and sleep; work duty periods up to 14 hours in accordance with regulations and company policy.
- Exhibit physical readiness, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds unaided.
🌟 What You Bring
- Certificates: FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP); ATP (unrestricted) preferred.
- Flight time minimums: 2,000 total time including 300 multi, 200 turbine, 200 instrument, 100 jet.
- Medical: Valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Permits & IDs: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit; valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.
- Proficiency: Current IFR knowledge and currency.
- Clearances: Ability to pass required TSA background checks and obtain a SIDA badge when applicable.
- Work authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Residency: Reside within one hour of SLC or commit to relocating within two months of hire.
💡 Preferred
- Gulfstream G200 time in type.
- Prior Part 135 experience.
- Comfort with overnights that may span several consecutive days and nights away from home.
💼 Pay, Schedule & Lifestyle
- Base Pay: $110,000 per year, with annual increases on your anniversary.
- Roster: 8-on / 6-off rotation; availability required across days, nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
- Training: Company-provided with an 18-month repayment agreement (obligation diminishes quarterly).
- Fleet Culture: Operate within a safety-centric, service-forward team supporting aircraft from Pilatus PC-12 to Gulfstream GV.

📍 Base Requirement
