Join our Flight Operations team in Canada as a full-time First Officer. You’ll play a pivotal role in safe, efficient, and on-time operations while building flight experience alongside a professional crew committed to excellence.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain across all phases of flight—from thorough preflight planning to secure shutdown—prioritizing safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
- Alternate duties as Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring with disciplined checklist usage and strong situational awareness.
- Conduct precise performance, weight-and-balance, and weather assessments; communicate clearly with ATC and ground operations.
- Uphold SOPs, apply TEM/CRM best practices, and contribute to a just-culture environment focused on continuous improvement.
🧰 What you bring
- Minimum 750 hours total flight time.
- Valid fATPL.
- Solid knowledge of SOPs, threat and error management, and Crew Resource Management.
- Calm, professional decision-making and strong communication under changing operational conditions.
