First Officer – Falcon 7X

🧭 What you’ll do

• Support the Captain in flight planning and decision-making, from preflight risk assessment to postflight debrief.
• Execute all SOPs and checklists precisely; deliver clear callouts and maintain high cockpit discipline.
• Manage FMS programming, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance in coordination with the Captain.
• Continuously monitor weather, NOTAMs, fuel, alternates, and operational considerations to ensure mission success.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin crew to uphold safety, punctuality, and service standards.
• Operate in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICAO) and company policies, including SMS practices and reporting.
• Represent the flight department with professionalism and discretion when engaging with passengers and stakeholders.

🧰 What you bring

• Commercial or Airline Transport pilot license with multi‑engine and instrument privileges (or equivalent per authority).
• Current Class 1 medical (or equivalent) and the ability to maintain required currency.
• Experience in business/corporate jet operations is preferred; Falcon 7X/EASy II experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international and high‑level airspace procedures such as RVSM, RNP/PBN, and oceanic/NAT HLA operations.
• Strong CRM, communication, and decision-making skills with a proactive, safety‑first mindset.
• Flexibility to operate on variable schedules and travel internationally; valid passport and ability to obtain visas as required.
