Step into the right seat on a premium, multi-type business jet fleet operating across Europe and the UK. This permanent role offers variety, high standards, and a Type Rating provided during Initial Training (NTR) as you support safe, smooth, and memorable journeys for our discerning clientele.
🧭 What you'll do
As a First Officer on our European business jet fleet, you will partner with the Captain and crew to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across a dynamic schedule.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and applicable EASA/UK regulations.
- Embrace a varied roster including weekends, nights, holidays, shifts, and overnight trips.
- Support preflight planning, performance calculations, and real-time decision-making.
- Coordinate with ground teams and customers to ensure a seamless, premium experience.
- Uphold a professional, well-groomed appearance and a meticulous approach to safety and detail.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- PICUS: 500 hours Pilot in Command Under Supervision
- Multi-Pilot Instrument Time: 250 hours
- License: Valid EASA ATPL (UK CAA ATPL & Medical desirable but not mandatory)
- MCC/MP: MCC Course certificate or MP Rating on EASA Licence
- UPRT: Advanced UPRT, or completion within the last 3 years of training/checking per ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230 (Annex III Part-ORO to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 5
🌟 Additional requirements
- Hold a valid passport.
- Legal right to work in Europe and/or the UK, with the ability to travel in and out of Europe and to all cities/countries served by Flexjet.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and on overnight trips.
- Employment is conditional upon successful completion of Initial Training, including a Type Rating on the assigned fleet.
- Working knowledge of all applicable EASA and UK regulations.
- Strong organisational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy across word processing, email, and web-based applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Consistently well-groomed, professional appearance.

- Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and corporate operations.
