✈️ About the role

As a First Officer on the ERJ‑135/145, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient charter services. You’ll operate within a professional, safety‑focused culture, applying strong CRM, disciplined SOP adherence, and thoughtful decision‑making to every sector.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Prepare thoroughly for each flight: weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel planning, and route considerations.
  • Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Manage FMS setup, navigation, and communications while maintaining excellent situational awareness.
  • Perform accurate weight and balance calculations and verify aircraft documentation.
  • Champion safety reporting, risk assessment, and a just culture mindset.
  • Deliver professional, customer‑centric service suited to charter operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain, dispatch, and ground teams for on‑time, reliable operations.
