Minimum total time: 1,000 hours
Licences: EASA CPL + IR + ME
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
Languages: German and English (spoken & written); additional languages an advantage
Security check: Valid background check per § 7 LuftSiG
Visa sponsorship: Not provided (existing right to live and work required)

Preferred: ERJ145 type rating. If not held/current, a training bond of 3 years applies.

🧭 Your mission

Serve as First Officer on the ERJ145, delivering safe, compliant operations from pushback to shutdown.
Perform flight planning, performance and weight & balance, fuel management, and navigation in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate excellent CRM, working seamlessly with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure smooth, professional service.
Handle normal and non‑normal procedures with composure, sound judgement, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
Champion airmanship, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture while maintaining outstanding customer service.

🧰 What you bring

Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME.
Current Class 1 medical.
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4+.
Fluent German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Valid background check in accordance with § 7 LuftSiG.
Existing right to live and work without employer‑provided visa sponsorship.
ERJ145 type rating is an advantage but not required (training provided).

Structured ERJ145 type rating and line training for non‑type‑rated candidates.
Comprehensive SOP, safety management, and CRM refreshers included during induction.
A 3‑year training bond applies if you do not hold an ERJ145 type rating.
