Step onto a modern flight deck and help power reliable regional operations on the Embraer E‑Jet. As a First Officer, you’ll fly the E170/E190 with a safety-first mindset, sharpen your skills through world‑class training, and build jet time on a stable, permanent contract. Non‑type‑rated pilots are welcome—your type rating is provided.
✈️ The Role
Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on‑time operations across all phases of flight. You’ll operate the E170/E190 to company standards and regulatory requirements, contribute to strong crew resource management, and uphold exceptional professionalism on every sector.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Execute all flight duties in accordance with SOPs, checklist discipline, and applicable regulations.
- Demonstrate sound decision‑making, situational awareness, and effective CRM.
- Complete initial and recurrent training; obtain the E‑Jet type rating if not already held.
- Maintain currency and proficiency while supporting a strong safety and reporting culture.
- Deliver a professional, passenger‑focused experience on every flight.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours (must meet ATP minimums)
- PIC Time: 250 hours
- License: ATP‑qualified (FAA); FAA license holders only
- Medical: First Class
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Type Rating: Not required — provided during training
- Eligibility: Must meet current interview and hiring minimum age and flight hour requirements as set by the FAA and Company
- Work Authorization: Valid authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available
🌟 Pathway to Hire
If you interview meeting the interview minimums but not the hiring minimums, you may remain eligible for hire upon successful completion of the interview process, provided you:
- Meet all hiring minimums within six (6) months of your interview date
- Have no certificate action after the interview date
- Have no misdemeanors or felonies after the interview date
- Accept a class date within six (6) months of your interview date
Note: All employment is contingent upon meeting company, regulatory, and background requirements.
